No. Sign Up on Papa.lk is absolutely free.
What is the minimum order value?
The minimum order value is 500 LKR.
Do I necessarily have to register to shop on Papa.lk?
It is not necessary to be a registered user to shop on Papa.lk and you can also continue to shop as a Guest.
How do I cancel my order?

How do I check the current status of my order?

When will I receive my order?
Once you are done selecting your products and checkout, you will be prompted to select the delivery slot. Your order will be delivered to you on the day and slot selected by you.
How safe is my transaction?
The site is SSL certified and we take all steps to ensure that the transaction is genuine and the customer information is secure.
How do I add or remove products after placing my order?
Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications on the website. Please contact our customer support team at +9476 000 9110 for any modification of order.
What can I do if my order has not been delivered on the due date?
We try our best to avoid delivery delays. However, under current circumstances if your order has not been delivered on the due date, we will be informed of such delays in advance or you can contact our customer care on +9476 000 9110.
What are the measures taken by Papa.lk to assure safety with regards to my order?
We have increased sanitization at all touch points with the customers. Delivery personnel will be wearing masks and gloves at all times and they are strictly instructed to use sanitizers frequently.
Is the Cash on Delivery option available?
Yes, the Cash on Delivery option is available and you can select this at the selection of payment method.
I’d like to suggest some products. Who do I contact?
If you are unable to find a product or brand that you would like to shop for, please write to us at helpdesk@papa.lk and we will try our best to make the product available to you.
What are the Delivery areas?
We are offering islandwide delivery service.
Will someone inform me about the unavailable product before the delivery?
There could be rare instances where the product you require is not available at the time of fulfilment. In such cases Papa.lk reserves the right to substitute with a similar product or notify you and discuss possible alternatives.
Return and Refund?
Items delivered as provided herein cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason unless they have been damaged.
