We have a 5 day refund policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Our delivery service will be operating 365 days of the year. We deliver only within the areas we have mentioned in our delivery policy. Upon delivery of the goods, the person accepting the goods ordered must sign the copy of the invoice. Provided however items delivered as provided herein cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason unless they have been damaged.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Products during this period run out fast and hence we are unable to assure all products you order will be available at the time of delivery. Customers can opt to receive the refund by Cash or Card which will be requested from them at the point of placing the order. Cash refunds will be paid immediately while the refund back to the card will take 5 working days.

Any order cancellation within an hour after ordering will be free of charge and cancellations after an hour will be charged a small fee.
There could be rare instances where the product you require is not available at the time of fulfilment. In such cases Papa.lk reserves the right to substitute with a similar product or notify you and discuss possible alternatives.
Papa.lk also reserves the right to refuse fulfilment of orders to those who are deemed to have misused the Online facility while also taking off some categories due to unavailability. If the full order is cancelled on Customer’s request, we will process the full refund back to the Customer’s card within 5 working days.
